SYNDICATION SISTERS

Real Estate Syndication

We are two sisters who love real estate and building wealth. We have a combined 40+ years experience in real estate, and are passionate about building community in profitable markets. The Syndication Sisters actively own, asset manage, and fundraise multifamily in the US. We currently own in the Midwest and are expanding in the Southeast region. We are women owned, and put great care and focus in the areas we choose to invest in.

Our Mission

Our mission is to find profitable assets that will build wealth for our investors and create an inviting community for our tenants.

There are 3 tenets that are most important to us in managing our shareholder’s wealth and in growing communities:

Trust

We believe in creating long term, high trust relationships by connecting with our property management and our shareholders regularly. We are transparent about our investments, our strategy, and we invest time in keeping our members involved and knowledgeable about their investment and the market.

Integrity

We honor our word and look to care for you and your investment as carefully as you would. We expect that you would hold us to this level of excellence. We encourage monthly interactions and make every effort to be present to our investors throughout the process.

Accountability

We believe in being accountable for our work, and to our shareholders. When we manage the property, we are looking at the best way to maximize our money, and the long term growth of the community. Syndication Sisters invests the time to share our progress with out investors, and time to educate potential investors.
